1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ICE Security Solutions website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must refrain from using our platforms and services. These terms govern all security solutions, equipment provisions, and consulting services provided by ICE Security Solutions.

2. Scope of Services

ICE Security Solutions provides specialized risk management, physical defense, and surveillance operations, including but not limited to:

• CCTV and Access Control System design, installation, and monitoring.


• Mobile Vehicle Solutions and Fleet Management.


• Specialized Tracking, Panic System Monitoring, and Asset Recovery.


• Anti-Kidnapping, Crisis Response, and Corporate Investigations.

All services are executed subject to the specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs) or operational contracts signed by the client.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients utilizing our hardware or monitoring services agree to:

• Provide accurate, up-to-date contact and site information to ensure effective monitoring and crisis response.


• Operate all provided hardware (including CCTV, PTT radios, and tracking devices) in accordance with provided guidelines and applicable laws.


• Refrain from tampering with, reverse-engineering, or bypassing any security equipment installed by ICE Security Solutions.

4. Limitation of Liability

While ICE Security Solutions operates with the highest degree of professional discipline and utilizes cutting-edge technology, security and risk management inherently involve unpredictable variables. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• ICE Security Solutions shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of property, data, or life, arising from unavoidable security breaches, criminal acts by third parties, or equipment failure outside our direct control.


• Our liability in connection with any service failure or breach of contract is strictly limited to the provisions detailed in the client's specific Service Level Agreement (SLA).

5. Warranties and Maintenance

Equipment supplied and installed by ICE Security Solutions carries standard manufacturer warranties. We guarantee our workmanship during initial installation. Ongoing hardware maintenance, proactive system checks, and software updates are subject to the client entering into an optional, ongoing Maintenance Agreement.

6. Confidentiality

Due to the sensitive nature of our operations, both ICE Security Solutions and the client agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding site layouts, security protocols, investigation methodologies, and vulnerability assessments.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

8. Amendments

ICE Security Solutions reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
