Hotel Security
We understand that sickness and leave can cause staffing problems. Our hotel emergency team are available at short notice to satisfy your temporary or long term needs.
They all possess hotel security experience, a requirement of any hotel environment where impeccable standards and comprehensive knowledge of the law, and an ability to deal with the guest are an absolute necessity. These personnel have been trained and assembled within our own hotel training scheme. We will of course incorporate your own training requirements in our pre deployment planning
Event Control
Whatever the function or event, parties, corporate events, concerts, dinners or exhibitions, we will provide you with fully trained staff to ensure your event proceeds in accordance with your wishes. We can assist you at the planning stage, dealing with any risks and managing those needs accordingly. The staff will be experienced, courteous and adaptable to your needs. They will be trained and experienced in first aid, health and safety and aggression management
Investigations
We have the expertise to investigate all types of fraud against a corporate or individual client. We recognise that the police will only usually commit resources to a large value or public interest cases. Your problem may not fall into that category. You may not want to risk the pubicity which may surround police involvement. We can help and wherever necessary, provide evidence to the standards required by the prosecuing authorities. These enquires require experienced investigators. We guarantee our investigator will have the necessary experience to advise on the strategy required in the best interests of you, the client.
Surveillance
The lifestyle of any individual can be an important indicator of possible criminal activity. These checks can be carried out with the utmost discretion and supported by a comprehensive report. Where authority permits we have satellite tracking equipment available and covert cameras.
Revenue Loss
Most retail and service industries experience revenue loss. This may be as a direct result of theft or more subtle methods of procurement. It may be cash or goods. This common problem is often underestimated by clients, especially when the company is growing. We can provide advice to prevent such loss. Where losses are identified, the use of our sophisticated equipment or covert observation will provide you with the evidence to effectively remove such losses from your balance sheet. This evidence will be available in a comprehensive report to prosecution standards. This type of service will be personally arranged to fit your requirements.
